Terms of delivery
Delivery costs are based on the weight of the order. The minimum delivery cost is € 9.50.
If the product is in our warehouse, the estimated delivery time is two to five (2-5) working days. If the product is temporarily or completely out of stock, we will notify you immediately as well as if the delivery time is longer than expected.
We will notify you on the product presentation page if the delivery time is substantially different from the above.
If the product is absolutely necessary by a certain date, it must be mentioned in the “additional comments” section in your shopping cart. We try to take into account the consumer's wishes, if possible.
If the consumer buys products for which Helsingin Olkain Oy has announced different delivery times, the order will be delivered in accordance with the longest announced delivery time.
We deliver products only to EU countries (separately by agreement also abroad). All deliveries by Helsingin Olkain Oy are made through Suomen Posti and Matkahuolto. If the consumer wants to use a different delivery service, the prices and conditions must be agreed separately from Helsingin Olkain Oy.
You will receive a shipment with your delivery, which will serve as a receipt for your purchase and a warranty certificate.
Subscribers under the age of 18 must obtain parental consent for their order.
The prices include the value-added tax.
The products you order have a 14-day right of exchange and return. The returned product must be absolutely unused and in good condition for sale. Please include your account number and any reason for the return (e.g. broken product, wrong size, etc.) to expedite our process.
The consumer is advised to notify the return by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org before returning the product. The return will be sent to: Customer return, HELSINGIN OLKAIN OY, KUMITEHTAANKATU 5 F, 04260 KERAVA.
The cost of the return is the customer's responsibility. If the product is defective, the cost of return will be reimbursed to the consumer.
Shipments broken during transport
Occasionally, despite careful packaging, packages may be damaged during shipping. Therefore, when picking up a package, it is a good idea to check its condition in the presence of the postman. If the package has been damaged during transport and if the ordered product(s) has also been damaged, report the damage immediately at the post office. Then contact our customer service to arrange for a new product to be delivered.
